An Ordinance Amending The Official Zoning Map Of The City And Borough To Change The Zoning Of Lots 1 And 2, Salmon Falls Overlook, An Area Of Approximately 17 Acres, From RR-Rural Reserve To GC-General Commercial.

An Ordinance Of The City And Borough Of Juneau, Alaska, Authorizing The Issuance Of A Nonrecourse Revenue Bond Of The City And Borough In An Aggregate Principal Amount Not To Exceed $6,700,000 To Finance A SEARHC Medical Clinic To Be Located On Salmon Creek Lane; Authorizing The Execution And Delivery Of A Loan Agreement In Connection Therewith; And Authorizing All Things Necessary Or Advisable To Consummate The Issuance, Sale And Delivery Of Such Bond.

An Ordinance Appropriating to the Manager the Sum of $11,471 to Adjust Budgeted Library Grants to the Actual Grant Amounts Received for FY01. Such Funds Provided by the Alaska Department of Education.

f.  Ordinance 2001-21(A)
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $1,161,200 For Fiscal Year 2002 School District Operations. Such Funds Provided By A Reduction Of $153,700 From The CBJ’s General Fund And An Increase Of $1,314,900 From The Alaska Department Of Education And Early Development.
