b. Ordinance 2001-52
An Ordinance Amending the Water Utility Code to Impose a Sunset Clause on the Preferential Rate for Businesses Engaged in Manufacturing and Amending the Propoerty Tax Code to Extend the Sunset Clause on the Exemption for Businesses Engaged in Manufacturing.

c. Ordinance 2001-20(Z)    Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $650,000 For Replacement Of A Sand Truck And Snow Blower At The Juneau International Airport. Such Funds Provided By Passenger Facility Charges.

d. Ordinance 2001-20(AA)    Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $1,250,000 As Partial Funding For Bartlett Regional Hospital’s “Project 2005”. Such Funds Provided By The Temporary 1% Sales Tax.

c. Resolution 2125
A Resolution Affirming the Value of Local Review of State Highway Projects, and Urging the Commissioner of Transportation and Public Facilities to Provide the Widest Possible Scope for Such Review.

An Ordinance Establishing The Intent Of The City And Borough To Surplus A House Located At 404 West 12th Street Acquired By Tax Foreclosure From Linda E. And Sabrina L. Karlson, And Finding That A Public Need Does Not Exist For This Property.

B. Ordinance 2001-20(U)    Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $29,600 Additional Funding For The Districtwide School Technology II Project. Such Funds Provided By Interest Earned On The 1998 General Obligation Bonds.
