A. Ordinance 2001-55
An Ordinance Of The Assembly Of The City And Borough Of Juneau, Alaska, Providing For The Issuance And Sale Of General Obligation School Bonds Of The City And Borough In The Aggregate Principal Amount Of $12,995,000 For The Purpose Of Financing Certain School Capital Improvements Pursuant To Elections Authorizing The Same; Providing The Date, Form, Terms And Maturities Of The Bonds To Be Issued And For Unlimited Tax Levies To Pay The Principal Thereof And Interest Thereon; Appointing A Registrar And Paying Agent For Such Bonds; Authorizing A Preliminary Official Statement; Undertaking To Provide Ongoing Disclosure; And Approving The Sale Of Such Bonds.

B. Ordinance 2001-56
An Ordinance Of City And Borough Of Juneau, Alaska, Authorizing Certain Additions, Betterments To And Extensions Of The City And Borough’s Water And Sewer Utility System; Authorizing The Sale And Issuance Of Revenue And Refunding Bonds Of The City And Borough In The Principal Amount Of Up To $2,955,000, For The Purpose Of Providing Financing For Said Additions, And To Refund An Outstanding Water Revenue Bond Of The City And Borough; Approving A Plan Of Refunding; And Providing For The Repayment Of Such Bonds Over A Term Of Years; Fixing The Date, Form, Terms, Maturities And Covenants Of The Bonds; Approving A Purchase Contract For The Bonds; Providing A Method Of Payment Therefor; And Reserving The Right To Issue Revenue Bonds On A Parity With The Bonds Upon Compliance With Certain Conditions.

An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $900,000 As Partial Funding For The North Ferry Dock Wharf Widening Project. Such Funds Provided By The Port Fund Unreserved Fund Balance.
