A Resolution Certifying That In 2001 The City And Borough Suffered Significant Effects From Fisheries Business Activities, Such Certification Being For The Purpose Of Participating In The Fiscal Year 2003 Alaska Shared Fisheries Business Tax Program.

A Resolution Authorizing the Manager to Submit to the State of Alaska an Application for a Federal Grant to Perform Stabilization Work on Historic Mining Buildings of the Jualpa Mine Camp Historic District Located in Last Chance Basin.

An Ordinance Of The Assembly Of The City And Borough Of Juneau, Alaska, Providing For The Issuance And Sale Of General Obligation Bonds Of The City And Borough In The Aggregate Principal Amount Of Not To Exceed $1,000,000 For The Purpose Of Financing Certain Capital Improvements Pursuant To An Election Authorizing The Same; Providing The Date, Form, Terms And Maturities Of The Bonds To Be Issued And For Unlimited Tax Levies To Pay The Principal Thereof And Interest Thereon; Appointing A Registrar And Paying Agent For Such Bonds; Authorizing A Preliminary Official Statement; And Approving The Sale Of Such Bonds.

An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $12,000 For The Construction Of A Water main In Wilma Avenue. Such Funds Provided By The Water Extension Fund.
E. Ordinance 2002-18(AK) Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $80,000 For The Effluent Copper Concentrations Evaluation And Analysis At The Mendenhall Valley Wastewater Treatment Plant ($50,000) And A Wastewater Utility Cost Allocations And User Rate Study ($30,000). Such Funds Provided By The Sewer Fund Retained Earnings.
