VII. CONSENT AGENDA

The Consent Agenda includes routine items of business which may not require separate discussion. When the Mayor calls for public comment on the Consent Agenda, you may raise your hand and the Mayor will recognize you asking which item(s) you wish to have removed from the Consent Agenda for separate discussion and action. Following the removal of any item from the Consent Agenda, the Assembly votes on the remaining items in one motion. (Ordinances for introduction generally may not be removed from the Consent Agenda.)

1. Ordinance No. 95-37

An Ordinance Adopting the 1995 Update to the Comprehensive Plan of the City and Borough of Juneau. Presented by the Manager.

2. Ordinance No. 95-38

An Ordinance Amending Chapter 01.50 of the General Provisions Code to Establish New Procedures for Per-Hearing Conference Agendas and Other Matters. Presented by the Manager

3. Ordinance No. 95-11 (T)

An Ordinance Appropriating to the Manager the Sum of $100,000 to Relocate and Install the Dockside Restrooms. Such Funds Provided in Equal Amounts by the Unreserved Retained Earnings of the Harbor and Dock Funds. Presented by the Manager.

4. Ordinance No. 95-11 (U)

An Ordinance Appropriating to the Manager the Sum of $1,274,875 for Blast Pads and Hardstand Rehabilitation and Chip Seal of the Main Ramp and a Portion of the Taxiway for the Juneau International Airport. Such Funds, $1,233,750, Provided by the Federal Aviation Administration, and $41,125, Provided by the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities. Presented by the Manager.

1. Resolution No. 1785

A Resolution Accepting a Grant from the State of Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation in an Amount Not to Exceed $122,880 for the Goat Hill Sewer Extension from JoAnne Way to Lee Street, Serving Windfall Avenue, Auke Street, and Lakeshore Drive. Presented by the Manager.

2. Resolution No. 1786

A Resolution Authorizing the Acceptance of a Donation of Lot 3, Block A, Hurlock Subdivision from Roger W. Hurlock and Mary L. Hurlock for the High School Home Building Project. Presented by the Manager.

3. Resolution No. 1787

A Resolution Supporting the Donation of a Parcel of Municipal Land in the Vicinity of Dzantik'i Heeni School to Alaska Housing Development Corporation, Inc. for Construction of Low and Moderate-Income Housing. Presented by the Manager.

4. Resolution No. 1788

A Resolution Requesting That the Alaska Department of Community and Regional Affairs Distribute Funds from the Municipal Assistance Fund to the City and Borough of Juneau. Presented by the Manager.
