VII. CONSENT AGENDA

The Consent Agenda includes routine items of business which may not require separate discussion. When the Mayor calls for public comment on the Consent Agenda, you may raise your hand and the Mayor will recognize you asking which item(s) you wish to have removed from the Consent Agenda for separate discussion and action. An Ordinance Appropriating to the Manager the Sum of $148,900 for Water and Sewer Improvements in Conjunction with Reconstruction of Judy Lane and Coleman Street. Such Funds, $72,200, Provided by the Water Retained Earnings, and $76,700, Provided by the Sewer Retained Earnings. Presented by the Manager.

2. Ordinance No. 95-11 (Y)

An Ordinance Appropriating to the Manager the Sum of $131,912 to Purchase Three Paratransit Vehicles. Such Funds Provided by the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities. Presented by the Manager.

B. Resolution:

A Resolution of the City and Borough of Juneau Adopting the Determination of Population of the Municipality as of July 1, 1995. Presented by the Manager.
