An Ordinance Appropriating to the Manager the Sum of $160,000 for Water Improvements in the White Subdivision. Such Funds Provided by the Water Extension Fund. Presented by the Manager.

An Ordinance Appropriating to the Manager the Sum of $170,000 for Acquisition of Land for the Street Maintenance Warehouse/Hazardous Materials Collection Center. Such Funds Provided by the Lands Fund. Presented by the Manager.

A Resolution Setting Forth the Capital Improvement Projects Requested by the City and Borough of Juneau for Funding in Fiscal Year 1997 under the Municipal Capital Project Matching Grant Program Administered by the State of Alaska Pursuant to AS 37.06. Presented by the Assembly Public Works & Facilities Committee.

2. Resolution No. 1790

A Resolution Requesting the State of Alaska to Provide Direct Grants for Certain Capital Improvement Projects in Order of Priority for Fiscal Year 1997. Presented by the Assembly Public Works & Facilities Committee.

3. Resolution No. 1791

A Resolution Accepting National Forest Receipts from Federal Fiscal Year 1995, Distributed by the Alaska Department of Community and Regional Affairs. Presented by the Manager.
