VII. CONSENT AGENDA

The Consent Agenda includes routine items of business which may not require

separate discussion. When the Mayor calls for public comment on the Consent

Agenda, you may raise your hand and the Mayor will recognize you asking which

item(s) you wish to have removed from the Consent Agenda for separate discussion

and action. Following the removal of any item from the Consent Agenda, the

Assembly votes on the remaining items in one motion. (Ordinances for introduction

generally may not be removed from the Consent Agenda.)

All items that are removed from the Consent Agenda will follow the format of:

A. Ordinances for Introduction:

1. Ordinance No. 95-11 (O)

An Ordinance Appropriating to the Manager the Sum of $5,455 for

Planting Trees and Shrubs in the Downtown Juneau Area. Such Funds

Provided by the Alaska Department of Natural Resources. Presented by

the Manager.

2. Ordinance No. 95-11 (P)

An Ordinance Appropriating to the Manager the Sum of $18,000 for

Parking Enforcement in the Downtown Parking Garage. Such Funds

Provided by Parking Garage Fees. Presented by the Manager.

3. Ordinance No. 95-11 (Q)

An Ordinance Appropriating to the Manager the Sum of $20,000 to

Support the Alaska Trollers Association in the Defense of Salmon

Fishing Throughout Southeast Alaska. Such Funds, $15,000, Provided

by the Unappropriated General Fund Balance and $5,000, by the

Unreserved Retained Earnings of the Dock Fund. Presented by the

Manager.

4. Ordinance No. 95-11 (R)

An Ordinance Appropriating to the Manager the Sum of $500,000 to

Provide Services to Seriously Emotionally Disturbed and Autistic Youth

in the Community. Such Funds Provided by State Medicaid Revenues.

Presented by the Manager.

5. Ordinance No. 95-33

An Ordinance Amending the Land Use Code to Establish Standards,

Procedures, and Fees for the Granting of De Minimis Variances,

Broadening the Grounds for Other Variances, and Exempting Certain

Structures from Yard Setback Requirements. Presented by the Manager.

6. Ordinance No. 95-34

An Ordinance Establishing the Fine Schedule for the Juneau

International Airport. Presented by the Manager.

7. Ordinance No. 95-35

An Ordinance Amending CBJ Title 49 Regarding the Wetlands Review

Board and Administrative Appeals to the Commission. Presented by the

Manager.
