1. Juneau Economic Development Council - Presentation of Annual Report
(Not to exceed a total of 20 minutes nor more than 5 minutes for any individual.)
The Consent Agenda includes routine items of business which may not require separate discussion. When the Mayor calls for public comment on the Consent Agenda, you may raise your hand and the Mayor will recognize you asking which item(s) you wish to have removed from the Consent Agenda for separate discussion and action. Following the removal of any item from the Consent Agenda, the Assembly votes on the remaining items in one motion. (Ordinances for introduction generally may not be removed from the Consent Agenda.)

An Ordinance Authorizing the Manager to Negotiate and Execute an Exchange of Land in the Vicinity of the Mendenhall Loop Road and Montana Creek for the Purpose of Relocating a Right-of-Way, and Setting Forth the Conditions of Such Exchange. Presented by the Manager.

An Ordinance Amending the Sales Tax Code to Establish an Exemption for the Sale of Services Provided by Audiologists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Marital and Family Therapists. Presented by the Manager.

An Ordinance Authorizing the Negotiated Sale of Approximately 0.85 Acres of Municipal Land Located at North Tee Harbor and Setting Forth the Terms, Conditions and Other Matters Related to the Sale. Presented by the Manager.

An Ordinance Appropriating to the Manager the Sum of $1,500 for Arbor Day Events in Juneau. Such Funds Provided by the Alaska Department of Natural Resources. Presented by the Manager.
5. Ordinance No. 95-11 (BD)
An Ordinance Appropriating to the Manager the Sum of $9,085 for a Play Structure for the Gastineau School Playground. Such Funds Provided by the Gastineau Parent Advisory Committee. Presented by the Manager.
6. Ordinance No. 95-11 (BE)
An Ordinance Appropriating to the Manager the Sum of $52,900 to Purchase a Journal Database Subscription. Such Funds, $45,000 and $7,900, Provided by the Alaska Department of Education and the University of Alaska Southeast, Respectively. Presented by the Manager.

An Ordinance Appropriating to the Manager the Sum of $1,400 to Increase the Regional Mail Service Grant and the Sum of $2,300 to Decrease the Public Library Assistance Grant. Such Funds Provided by the Alaska Department of Education. Presented by the Manager.
