IV. Waterfront Development Moratorium Ordinance

Ordinance 2003-52(c), An Ordinance Relating to Temporary Moratoria on Development, and Authorizing the Assembly to Impose Temporary Moratoria by Resolution for the Waterfront Area from the Douglas Bridge to the Little Rock Dump.

Docks and Harbors Board Comments

The ordinance was introduced by the Assembly on December 8, 2003, and referred to the Planning Commission and the Assembly Committee of the Whole for review. A public hearing is scheduled before the Assembly at its regular meeting of January 26, 2004.
